Amelia completed a BA (Performance Studies) at the University of Sydney, before graduating from WAAPA in 2004 with a BA (Music Theatre).

In 2006, she created the role of Ashley in ‘United States of Nothing’ (Griffin Stablemates), written and directed by Stephen Sewell.  TV and film appearances include ‘The Silence’ (ABC), ‘Gone’ (Working Title), and ‘All Saints’ (Channel 7).

In 2008, she appeared in ‘The Convict’s Opera’ (Sydney Theatre Company/Out of Joint), which toured the UK in the early part of 2009, working with esteemed British director Max Stafford-Clark.

Amelia also toured the UK, playing the role of Freda Jefferies in ‘Murder Mistaken’ (Bruce James Productions/Talking Scarlet).  As a voice-over artist, she has recorded audiobooks ‘Albert of Adelaide’ (Rushforth Media), ‘The Terrible Thing That Happened to Barnaby Brocket’ (RNIB), and ‘Koala Calamity: Surf’s Up!’ (ID Audio).  Most recently, she appeared as Trish in the US 1st National Tour of Kinky Boots.  She is currently based in the USA.
